When a training is generated you can print the training with the Print training button, generate a new training with New training, or remove all selections and start over with Reset training.

Training workouts are randomly generated. We try to keep these workouts as coherent as possible, but it's still possible for this tool to generate impossible workouts. Always use your common sense when creating your own workouts. If in doubt, always consult for professional advice, diagnosis, or help. Never rely on information on this website in place of seeking professional advice.

Critical swim speed:
Novice (CSS slower than 2:00/100m)
Intermediate (CSS between 2:00/100m and 1:30/100m)
Advanced (CSS faster than 1:30/100m)
